  The hotel is clean, well maintained and is located in center of everything within walking distance of Historic sites. Food was 5 stars, service was 5 stars, staff behavior 5 stars everything was perfect. The only reason I am deducting 2 stars it's because of the head management. The head management receives 0 stars. We got hassled over not being listed as husband and wife on our Iranian documents although we are citizens of USA and told the guy I have a copy of our marriage certificate in English and had our ID cards both being enhanced which serves as a passport by itself. The management did not accept this and we had to go to the office of recording in order to get a letter so we are let inside. We went to the office of registration and recording and the gentleman working there was extremely nice and polite he greeted us and told us I apologies for getting hassled like this we have mentioned to the staff over 1000 times, he then called the hotel and told them "use your judgment do not hassle people over stupid things" please clear them and let them enjoy their stay. This is the only thing that made me mad, just waste of our time.

  The hotel is pretty normal and rather overpriced for the quality of the rooms. The breakfast is around 3 stars.

  Building is old,but service and location and personel is very good, friendly, breakfast was good,receprion and coffe man was best,i recommend it strongly in compared price

  Under construction at the time. Reception staff not very helpful. Poor wifi connection. Big rooms, but very hot. Had to sleep with the window open. Big breakfast
