::Service so Pathetic, Staff is so rude. I came around 10! o'clock in the morning and they changed half of price just two stay two extra hours. The room was so unhygienic and dirty, the paint was coming out of the wall, bathroom was so dirty. The reception ladies's behavior was not professional. They promised me that breakfast will be included in the cost but later on they changed for it. I would suggest not to come in this Hotel. It's better to find hostels with a lesser amount.

::They lied to us!!!We booked a 3 bedroom just after Eid vacation for 3 nights and agreed in the price over the phone based on the pictures of room they WhatsApp us and paid advance for one night... Once we arrived the reception had no idea ...They gave us room with not even a towel in bathroom...We later understood they gave us the unit with one bathroom and charged us for the one with two...Another guest told us that they are paying half the price for similar unit ....Shame!!!! The rooms were not clean and at night the AC noise of next door unit, was so loud that woke us up in the middle of night...once we complain they said they can't do anything...breakfast?? omg...all the dishes were wet once brought from kitchen...Although we contested about the price and service, they didn't entertain any of our request. ..I recommend you to make sure they do not OVER CHARGE you as they are good at it with no reason.
