It’s a clean well maintained hotel apartment at a nice quiet location. We stayed in their 2 bedroom apartment which is great for family and long stays as it’s equipped with most necessary equipments. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would like to say thank you to everyone for their help during our stay. The prices are a little on the higher side (like most hotels in Tehran). If I have to mention a point to be improved it would be the internet, it’s was slow most of the times and it kept disconnecting and every time I had to enter the credentials to reconnect, however I would definitely consider here for my next trips.

Great location, quite street accessible to many shops, cafe, restaurants and local grocery. Staff amazing, didn’t try the offered breakfast but looked at it and didn’t seem interesting. The cleaning staffs ( Miss Sohyla) fantastic and polite. The sheets white and clean, the bed and pillows comfortable for me. The carpet in rooms need to be exchanged, no matter how many times you vacuum the dirt and stains still vividly shown. Bottle of waters provided in each rooms. The carpet definitely needs attention other than that happy with the rest. Will stay at Sepher hotel again next time in Tehran. All Staff, thank you so much for talking care of me during my stay Maryam A.

This was our 4th time staying at Sepehr Apartment Hotel over approximately 14 years. Fantastic and highly recommend it. Although the rooms are from the 1980s they are super clean and well maintained. What makes Sepehr exceptional is the location, the included breakfast and of course the staff. My wife Milena and I would like to thank specifically thank: Agha-e Aryan Salimi, desk manager. Agha-e Habibi and Khanoom-e Bagheri and Khanoom-e Khajefar at the front desk. Khanoom-e Parvizi and staff - for her exceptional care of the rooms and kindness. Agha-e Hossein Kadivar for his kind and attentive care during breakfast. Mr. Mohsen in supporting Agha-e Kadivar. Finally, Agha-e Mortezazadeh (Agha-e Mohandes) for his care of maintenance issues with the rooms. Anyone I did not mention, my apologies but all staff are great and their services greatly appreciated. A well run establishment by Mr. Bakhtiari. Thank you, we will come again.

Sepehr is a great option to stay in northern Tehran. The building and the design of the rooms are from the 1980s but the rooms have all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The staff are super friendly and nice, and the location gives great access to all the areas in northern Tehran. The breakfast is average and the bread is not fresh. One morning, it was obvious that the bread had been put there still in the frozen status. Also, one staff brought bread from the kitchen with bare hands, which is not really good to be seen in a hotel. Overall, I was happy with my stay. Breakfast can definitely improve.

Rooms were about $40/night. Great location, close to the most luxurious location of Tehran and close to good cafes and restaurants. The pillows were not comfortable, and the sheets were old and did not smell good. There are enough utensils, cookware, etc. to cook over the stove or in the updated microwave. There is a safe in the room. TV was not working when I was there and the person in charge could not fix it. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold food. They will hold your ID until you check out. During checkout, they want you to wait and someone will check the room and then they will check you out. There is a small gym that you can use. The pool was closed due to water shortage in the town.
