  Very bad experience, bad and impolite staff, dirty rooms and beds, bad and poor breakfast,no internet, pictures are fake.afghan kids as staff, they don’t clean the rooms, shame to have such a hotel in that neighborhood, they should be closed or bought. This is a shame ..also don’t give your keys to the reception or let your room be cleaned when you are not there, they will steal your valuable belongings… avoid this place Disrespectful staff

  In the early months of the corona outbreak, I stayed in a hotel, the hotel was very quiet and secluded, and of course I was served breakfast in the room. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the room and its cleanliness. The crew was very polite and respectful, and of course I didn't use the parking and other services, but everything seemed to be good.

  very poor service !!!! Limited access to highways. Limited access to parking ( almost none). AC is not working.... Room doesn't have a safe, coffee or tea maker, towels, Iron, etc.... and you need to make multiple calls. ( half an hour just for a cup of tea). Floors are not carpeted. Shower space is too small. No window to outside !!!! A three bed room was as small as a one bed, just more beds.... No hanger in closets. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

  My belongings stolen in this hotel. I was visiting Iran and planned to stay in Tehran at the end of my trip in April 2018. I lived in Tehran in the past and I chose this hotel because of this hotel location that has very limited public access. I thought would be a safer location since this hotel room does not come with a safe box. I booked a suite type A which is the most expensive suite in this hotel. Room was located end of the hallway of second floor with secure windows and door lock seemed safe but was not an electronic lock. A surveillance camera was installed above the room entrance. On the second day I requested room service to clean my room while I was gone in the morning .I returned to my room afternoon but I couldn’t find one of my electronic devices that I left on desk. I discussed this with hotel management but their response was very poor and they didn’t even checked the surveillance camera installed above my room entrance. The hotel service :Once I called front desk for room supply but after waiting for 2 hours I had to walk downstairs and talk to front desk personally and ask for it. I travel few times a year and I was not impressed with this hotel management and I do not recommend this hotel.
