  5-Star Experience Fantastic hotel in the heart of Tehran. A 5-star experience in the 4-star category. I cannot recommend them enough. Very friendly and kind staff. The rooms were clean and modern. and they had Robot on lobby as waiter, bellman and cleaner! I would recommend staying here if you find yourself needing a hotel in Tehran as it is close to everything too.

  The room was so luxury and also cozy, the hotel is located in the best location, everything is accessible and it is near all of the public transportation station, subway and busses. I enjoyed of being here especially as an accommodation to rest after all that busy hours on work trips in a city like tehran. Best wishes to all of kind staff

  Clean, supportive staff, open, nice location, good food including breakfast, helpful staff, easily accessible location surrounded by various food courts and restaurants. Everything you can think of of a very good hotel and restaurant. Recommended

  Loved the location and the room was nice and clean. I was not happy with the service. Despite having the “Do not disturb” sign hanging on the door, the housemaid kept knocking on the door and as soon as I opened the door she entered without asking. After she finished cleaning, I gave her a tip. She refused the amount I gave her and asked for more. I gave her more. At the end she was asking me to give her tip in Dollars. She kept telling where is your dollars which was very unprofessional and annoying. For the price I paid for the two nights I stayed there, I definitely deserve a much better service. Overall, I do not recommend this place if you care for costumer service.

  I am very happy with my stay here. It is not expensive at all. Still, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the service is world-class. It is located in the business area of the capital and access to different parts of the city is easy from here.
