If you want to sign the contract before the deadline, go and don't pay the extortion money that they want. In the end, your belongings will be taken as a kind of theft. I filed a complaint, but because of the rush at the end of the year, I couldn't go to court and I had to extort money to remove my belongings. I still have the letter from the police station in my hand. And I saw that the money of several people was stolen. The hostel is better than here.
